If anything is missing, admissions can advise where to request it or what proof may be reviewed first.

Talk to our advisors for help

Use the notes below to ask your school registrar, PSA, or an MMDC advisor.

Need help with a missing document?

Advisors can help you identify where to request missing documents and whether a temporary proof can be reviewed while you wait for the official copy.

    School records

Contact your school registrar for report cards, grades, transfer credentials, or release timelines.

    PSA documents

Check PSA Serbilis, a PSA outlet, or your local civil registrar if you need a birth certificate copy.

    Identity proof

Prepare a clear ID scan or ask admissions what identity proof can be reviewed if your ID is still pending.

    2. Device & Internet Minimums

Because study is 100% online, having a functional setup is essential. Your computer and connection must meet these baselines:

    Computer Hardware Specs

    • OS: Windows 10/11 or macOS 11+
    • CPU: Intel Core i3 (8th Gen+) or AMD Ryzen 3 (or Apple M1+)
    • RAM: 8GB RAM minimum
    • Storage: 256GB SSD
    • Peripherals: Working webcam and microphone (built-in or USB)

    Internet Connection

    • Speed: Stable 5 Mbps minimum download/upload speed
    • Type: Wired DSL, Fiber, or stable 4G/5G LTE mobile broadband
    • Data cap: Minimum 50GB monthly cap if using data plans
    • Backup: Recommended to have a mobile hotspot backup plan

    3. Pacing & Time Commitment

Earning a degree while working requires good time management. While online college offers flexibility, it has equivalent workloads to face-to-face courses.

    Recommended Study Commitment

    15 units = 15 to 20 hours per week

This equates to roughly 2 to 3 hours per day on weeknights, and a longer block of 4 to 6 hours on Saturdays or Sundays. Ensure you budget this time block before class starts to prevent stress and keep up with group activities.
