Pay the down payment based on your chosen payment plan (Full, Plan A, or Plan B) to lock in your enrollment. Once confirmed, you'll receive your student portal login.
Required Documents
You can submit clear scanned copies or photos of the following:
- ✓ For High School Grads: Form 138 (Report Card) or Transcript of Records.
- ✓ For Transferees: Honorable Dismissal or Certificate of Transfer Credentials.
- ✓ PSA Birth Certificate.
- ✓ 2x2 Photo (white background).
- ✓ One Valid Government-issued ID.
